We offer a free delivery service for local orders for both businesses and personal customers from Springwood and Mt Victoria.

Delivery within Australia

Mountain Devil Blue uses Australia Post Regular Parcel Post plus registered post to deliver parcels within Australia unless otherwise requested by you when placing your order.

For orders placed online for delivery within Australia, the postage and handling cost will be calculated at the time an order is placed. For these orders postage and handling costs for each order are calculated from the postcode entered in the delivery details when your order is placed. Postage and handling costs to destinations within Australia are inclusive of the Australian GST of 10%. Details of these charges are included in the receipt issued to you.

For orders placed by fax, telephone or by mail for delivery within Australia, the postage and handling costs will be calculated by us and conveyed to you with a total price for your order either by telephone or email.

Orders placed with us by 10am any weekday will usually be despa
tched that afternoon otherwise on the next business day. Use the prompt on the shopping cart to let us know any special delivery requirements.

The anticipated delivery times for our boxes are:

Metropolitan Sydney allow 1-2 business days

Country NSW allow 1-3 business days

Metropolitan East Coast states allow 2-3 business days

Metropolitan other states allow 4-6 business days

Country other states allow 4-6 business days

Delivery outside Australia

Mountain Devil Blue uses Australia Post International Postal Services to deliver parcels outside Australia using Express Courier International, Express Post International Parcels, Air Mail or Sea Mail.

Mountain Devil Blue boxes are considered an export item and the Australian GST of 10% does not apply to either the box or to postage and handling costs.

For international orders placed online, the postage and handling costs will appear as a nil amount. Once we receive your order, we will calculate the postage and handling costs for each of the options available for your parcel's destination and advise these to you. We will not process your order until you select which mailing service you wish us to use and confirm with us that you accept the charges that then apply.

We complete a Customs Declaration on your behalf. If any of the contents of the box you have ordered are not permitted imports to the country of destination, we will advise you prior to processing your order.
