I vary the contents of a gift box?
Absolutely, we are happy to design a box to meet
a particular taste and budget. Just let us know
what you are looking for and we will put something
together for you. So if you know the likes and
dislikes of the recipient of your gift pass these
on to us and we can work with you to get your
gift just right and at the right price for you.
Can I order particular items if I've really
enjoyed them?
We often find people are keen to reorder particular
items they have received in a box and found they
really enjoyed. We can source any of our products
for you. Just let us know what you would like
to reorder and we will provide you with a price
including postage.
Do you cater for Corporate Clients?
We have our own Corporate Members Scheme which
offers special discounts to our corporate members.
It's easy to join and then reap the benefits.
We also offer a special service to large corporations
regularly using our service. We can arrange for
your company logo to appear on the lid of the
box making that special gift to a client or colleague
even more special. Give us a call for details.
What if nobody is home when your gift box is
delivered?
Mountain Devil Blue uses the registered post service
available through Australia Post. This means if
nobody is home when your parcel is delivered it
will not be left on the doorstep but will be held
at the local Post Office and a card left for the
recipient letting them know it is available for
them to collect. This ensures our gift boxes are
not left out subject to the weather and always
reach the intended recipient safely.
What if I want to send a gift box overseas?
If you place an order for a gift box going overseas
the postage and handling cost will appear as a
nil amount at the time you place your order. There
are a number of options available for overseas
mailing with varying costs and delivery times.
We will confirm the cost of postage and handling
for each of these options with you. You need to
confirm which option you require and confirm you
accept the costs prior to your order being processed.
Also be aware various countries do have import
restriction such as the USA which does not allow
the importation of alcohol without a special license.
We will let you know if there is a problem with
any of the contents of the box you have selected
to be sent to a specific country.
What if my order doesn't get there or is damaged
when it does?
If your order does not arrive when due, in the
first instance, we will track it via Australia
Post. If this proves unsuccessful we will either
refund the original box price and postage and
handling costs via your original method of payment
OR we will replace the box and resend it for you
at no cost to you. The choice is yours. But please
make sure the mailing address you provide us with
is correct. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery
of your parcel if you provide us with an incorrect
or incomplete address.
If any items in the box are damaged on receipt
we will either refund you the product price via
your original method of payment OR we will replace
the item and have it delivered at no cost to you.
Again the choice is yours.
In both instances we do require you notify us
within 14 days of either receipt of the damaged
item or within 14 days of when your delivery was
due if your parcel does not arrive.
Can I have my gift box gift wrapped?
Yes we offer a professional gift wrapping service
for an additional $5.50 per box inc GST. Just
select the box when you checkout your order.
Can I collect from Mountain Devil Blue direct?
If you would prefer to collect direct from us
just let us know in advance so we can your order
ready for collection. Remember our free delivery
from Springwood to Mt Victoria for local orders.
